Aluminum Welder​/Fabricator - Level 3

Position Overview

All American Marine is seeking a Level 3 Aluminum Welder/Fabricator to join our Bellingham shipyard. The role involves crafting high‑performance commercial and research vessels. Candidates will receive competitive pay in the range of $30–$39 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Your day will begin with receiving detailed instructions and drawings from your weld/fab supervisor. You will plan the specifics of your work, determining the tools and materials needed to accomplish projects efficiently.

• Must pass a pre‑employment MIG test in all three positions
• Ability to work independently and as a self‑starter
• Team‑oriented collaboration skills
• Minimum three years of aluminum welding and fabricating experience
• Marine background or experience is a plus
• Proficiency in aluminum MIG welding
