Finish Carpenter Level 2

All American Marine in Bellingham, WA is hiring a full‑time Finish Carpenter to help efficiently build our customized vessels. The interior crew consists of a small group of highly motivated people that strive for perfection and focus on producing a quality product while being mindful of time and materials.

You will be expected to fabricate, assemble, and install the vessel’s interior to AAM standards, including walls, cabinets, flooring, seating, bunk rooms, headliners, windows, doors, helm stations, and insulation, using state‑of‑the‑art materials and processes.

Schedule:

Monday‑Thursday, 6 am‑4:30 pm plus overtime as needed.

All American Marine began operations over 30 years ago by specializing in building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska. With the decline of the commercial fishing industry in the 1990s, we adapted to a changing marketplace and set the standard for aluminum vessel manufacturing. We build energy‑efficient, high‑speed, large custom vessels used for a variety of purposes including whale‑watching, research boats, patrol boats, and passenger‑only ferries.

• Minimum 2 years of detailed interior finish work required
• Experience with prepping and installing sheet vinyl and/or carpet flooring
• Experience with building custom cabinets
• Experience with drilling and tapping
  
  Ability to work with tight tolerance up to 1/32"

• Marine experience is a plus
