Industrial Electrician

Our client is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to support the installation and startup of new manufacturing equipment, as well as the relocation and reconnection of existing production equipment. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on industrial electrical work, including running power, making electrical connections, and integrating equipment into the facility. Mechanical assembly is minimal—the emphasis is on electrical installation, wiring, and equipment startup.

• Install and connect new manufacturing equipment to facility power.
• Disconnect, relocate, and reconnect existing production equipment.
• Perform 3-phase electrical wiring and connect equipment to control panels.
• Install conduit, wiring, disconnects, and other electrical components as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment drawings.
• Verify proper electrical installation and assist with equipment startup and testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Work closely with engineering and maintenance teams to complete equipment installations safely and efficiently.
• Follow all electrical and workplace safety standards.

• Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong background installing and wiring production or manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with 3-phase power, motor controls, and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience relocating, installing, or commissioning industrial equipment is highly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but this role is primarily electrical.
• Journeyman Electrician license is a plus but not required.
• Degree not required; hands-on industrial electrical experience is most important.
