Construction Manager/ Foreman

Position:
Asphalt Foreman
AC Moate Industries is currently seeking hardworking, experienced individuals to fill the role of Asphalt Foreman.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage all material tickets and receipts
- Inspect trucks to ensure all required tools and equipment are present
- Maintain and perform minor repairs on machines as needed
- Execute jobs professionally and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and site maps (not required)
- Complete job reports, work orders, and safety check sheets
- Serve as a liaison between management and crew through clear communication
- Conduct pre-route safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Attend safety meetings and practice safe driving habits
- Apply materials as assigned
- Lead, delegate, and support crew members effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
- Able to Crosstrain asphalt crew members
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a drug screening
- Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work day and night shifts
- Willingness to travel for out-of-town work
- Weekend availability
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable asphalt experience
