Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Lynden WA facility.

Victory Millwork - Full-Time SWING SHIFT |
STARTING AT $26/hour

This position carries a $1.75 shift differential

Monday-Thursday: 3:30 PM - 2:30AM

Friday: 3:30pm - 8:30pm or 3:30pm - 2:30AM depending on production needs

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you're hands-on, solution-driven, and thrive in a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and systems
• Lead mechanical repairs, upgrades, and process improvements
• Mentor teammates and support machine operators
• Diagnose and resolve issues on conveyors, lifts, and other moving equipment

Core Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical control systems (including PLCs)
• High integrity, sound judgment, and strong safety focus
• Self-motivated, dependable, and effective working solo or in teams
• Strong communicator and planner with a "fix-it" mindset

What We Offer
