Northwest Youth Services seeks a Youth Residential Care Coordinator for The PAD housing program. You’ll work with youth ages 13–17, fostering a safe, home-like environment, teaching daily living skills, and supporting independence under supervision.
You will guide routines, model healthy boundaries, and connect youth with supports as needed. Responsibilities include engagement, meals, safety checks, documentation, and transportation.
