Northwest Youth Services seeks a Youth Residential Care Coordinator for The PAD, a housing program for youths ages 13–17. This direct care role provides day-to-day supervision, guidance, and a safe, home-like environment to foster growth and independence.
Under supervision, coordinators teach life skills, support routines, and connect youths with social and clinical supports as needed. Must be able to work overnights and some weekends.
