Northwest Youth Services is seeking a Youth Residential Care Coordinator to work at The PAD housing program for youth aged 13–17. You will provide direct care, supervision, and guidance to create a safe, home-like environment while teaching daily living skills and preparing for independence.
Under the Youth Residential Program Manager, you will model supportive care, help with meals, housekeeping, and transportation, and connect youth with social and clinical supports as needed.
