Financial Package

Weekly Pay: $977.20 – $1,978.55 per week
Annual Pay: $50,814.40 – $ per year
Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 – $0.79 per mile depending on experience.
Transition Package: $1,800 (includes $1,000 for orientation during first 2 weeks).

Hiring Qualifications

Required: Valid Class A CDL
Required: 21 years of age or older
Required: Safe driving record
Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
Required: Minimum 4 months driving experience
Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience (not required)
Required: Background check
Required: Clean drug test
Required: Clean clearinghouse result
Required: Physical ability to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (required test).
