Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role with schedule flexibility? Join our team! We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Picker/Packer to help us crush our daily fulfillment goals. In this role, no two days are exactly the same. If you love a hands-on job where teamwork makes the dream work, we want to hear from you.

We offer a flexible schedule across the following shifts on 4 different locations (Wallingford, Meriden, Berlin & New Britain) (must be punctualdaily attendance check-ins are mandatory):

• Monday
  - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Saturday
  - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• Picking & Packing:
  Accurately select items and prepare orders for shipment.
• Sorting & Replenishing:
  Keep inventory organized and restocked.
• Kitting:
  Work closely with your team to assemble special client kits.
• Flexing:
  Jump in wherever needed to ensure 100% client satisfaction.

• Dependability:
  Show up on time, every day, ready to work.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable switching tasks as client demands change.
• Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
