Customer Support Specialist

Full Time M-F, occasional evening and weekend work may also be required

Reports to Operations Manager

• Be the point of contact for all your client's needs, every situation starts and ends with you.
• Be consultative with your clients.
• Help educate your clients on our products and services.
• Know your client's needs, they will need all sorts of products, make sure you connect them with the ones that put time back in their day.
• See something? Say Something! Not just at the airport, escape anything that may cause a disruption to the Operations Manager
• Create raving fans! Our clients love Pay Day, you will be why!

• Experience in payroll software. Excel skills are awesome!
