Market Development Specialist – Outside Sales

We are seeking a full‑time Market Development Specialist to drive sales across a designated territory, introduce local businesses to W.B. Mason products, and build new client relationships.

• Visit local businesses to introduce W.B. Mason products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present web tools to potential clients.
• Provide custom pricing and assist new customers with onboarding via MasonvilleGO.
• Collaborate with inside sales and onboarding teams for smooth account transitions.
• Participate in branch sales meetings for performance reviews and support.

• Experience in customer service, retail sales, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from a four‑year college (preferred).
