Student Nurse Aide

Join our team as a Student Nurse Aide and gain real‑world experience in long‑term care while providing quality care to our residents. Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistent attendance are essential. You must be able to work cooperatively, multitask efficiently, and remain professional in a fast‑paced environment.

• Provide personal care to residents under supervision (grooming, bathing, peri‑care, dressing).
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
• Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
• Support nursing staff by completing non‑nursing tasks such as making beds, passing water or ice, answering call lights, and organizing supplies.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.
• Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.

• Written proof of completion of 16‑hour ADL training from an authorized school or instructor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent self‑discipline, patience, and passion for serving others.
• Ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow documentation protocols.
• Respect and adherence to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
