Position OverviewThe Compliance RN provides clinical oversight to support hospice regulatory compliance, documentation quality, and survey readiness. This position conducts clinical chart audits; reviews hospice eligibility, Local Coverage Determination requirements, recertifications, physician narratives, and face-to-face documentation; and identifies clinical risks that could lead to survey findings or payment denials. The Compliance RN interprets applicable Medicare and CMS requirements, provides education and coaching to clinical staff, leads survey-readiness activities, and partners with leadership and the QAPI Coordinator to determine root causes, recommend corrective actions, and monitor sustained improvement.

Hiring Range: $93,188.22-$

Hiring Range: The starting pay range offered to new hires, depending on experience and qualifications.
