Evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices;
Make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained;
Work in both stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers;
In-store: provide service to store customers in Tool Rental; write contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs; check tool operation; demonstrate proper use;
In non-store locations: ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, cleaned before returning to the originating store;
Effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining tools and repairs
