Job description

Responsibilities and duties include:

• Handle day to day banking functions and preparation of BRS
• Handle payables and vendor reconciliation
• Handle employee-related reimbursement
• Bill entry
• Have thorough knowledge of accounting
• Good at Tally ERP software
• Post all entries in Tally (receipts, payments, JVs, purchase) independently
• Good at Excel and MS Office
• Fluency in English
• Exposure to TDS & GST
• Ensure TDS, GST compliance & filing
• Pass accounting entries for expenses with proper TDS deduction and GST compliance
• Review invoices and obtain management approval
• Make payments of invoices on time and update management on pending payments
• Proactively manage accounting, prepare MIS reports, perform various reconciliations

Key

Skills:

Understanding of accounting concepts along with TDS and GST concepts; demonstrates zeal to learn new concepts; willing to work on different clients/industries, understands the importance of timelines; familiar with computers, Excel, Word, knowledge of Tally mandatory; good in English communication and ability to communicate to teams and clients effectively.

Education: B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA in Finance/CA Qualified/Semi-Qualified.
