Providing essential operational and administrative support to the direct Sales team, the full-time Sales Support Assistant will manage lead tracking, coordinate sales activities, and assist with documentation in a remote SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities- Assist with lead management and customer record updates in Hub Spot
- Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, demos, and follow-up activities using Zoom
- Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and reports using Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role in a SaaS or B2B sales environment
- Experience with Hub Spot or a similar CRM system
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Advanced knowledge of Zoom for meeting coordination
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
