Position: Executive Assistant to CEO — Long-Term, Detail-Driven (PST)

Virtustant is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a full-time, long-term role. This position involves managing the CEO's calendar, coordinating meetings, and providing various administrative support tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, exceptional organizational skills, and be proficient in English at the C2 level. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Working hours are Monday through Friday, 9-5 PST.
