Position: Enterprise Account Manager / Health Tech

Enterprise Account Manager / Health Tech Founder @ FONpros | Tech Sales (SMB to Enterprise)

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

An early-stage, high-growth healthcare technology provider that helps hospitals and imaging centers move from outdated, manual workflows to digital image and record sharing is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager.

The Account Manager will take responsibility for a book of provider accounts, ranging from health systems to IDNs, imaging groups, and clinics. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion, serving as the day-to-day business partner to clinical, IT, and executive stakeholders. This role is an individual contributor with strong cross‑functional influence.

About the Company

In a few short years the company has established partnerships with 1,500+ facilities including the largest health systems, imaging centers, clinics, and all PACS/RIS/EMR platforms. The technology is also white labeled and leveraged by some of the largest technology companies.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, run QBRs/EBRs, executive updates, and roadmap previews.
  • Define use‑case roadmaps, monitor utilization, eliminate blockers, and convert wins to references.
  • Create joint success plans and identify cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Navigate Radiology & Imaging leadership, PACS admins, IT and security, finance and procurement.
  • Triage client issues and escalator to Support, Implementation and Engineering, while keeping customers updated.
  • Keep accurate renewal and expansion forecasts and maintain CRM, notes.
  • 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success for Healthcare SaaS Technology.
  • Proven track record of hitting gross retention and NRR targets while expanding complex enterprise accounts.
  • Comfortable engaging with clinical, IT, and executive audiences. Strong Zoom presence and written communication skills.
  • Organized self‑starter that is responsive with excellent follow‑through. Experienced and thrives in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
  • Working knowledge of hospital workflows; quick learner of imaging/record‑sharing concepts.
  • Experience with CRMs, spreadsheets and BI dashboards.

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

  • SaaS experience in EHR/clinical workflows or provider‑side imaging‑adjacent solutions.
  • Exposure to PACS/RIS/EMR integrations and security/procurement cycles.
