Digital Producer

At Current, Producers drive the day-to-day execution of digital projects across multiple client engagements. You’ll partner closely with clients and cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

Producers are operational leaders who keep projects moving forward. You’re comfortable managing timelines, budgets, communication, and delivery coordination while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, staffing plans, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, and engineering
• Lead internal and client status meetings and manage day-to-day communication
• Track scope, budget, timeline, and project health across engagements
• Identify risks early and proactively solve delivery challenges
• Support forecasting, resourcing, and operational planning
• Manage approvals, dependencies, and project documentation
• Help maintain delivery quality and operational consistency across accounts

• 2- 4 years of project management experience within a creative or digital agency
• Experience managing digital projects, timelines, and budgets
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
• Understanding of digital production workflows and website delivery
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and clients

• Experience using Workfront is a strong plus
• Experience with CMS-driven website projects
• Familiarity with QA processes and agile delivery environments
• Experience using Jira, Airtable, or similar tools

The target range of base compensation for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 annually. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
