Job DescriptionWe’re seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Specialist to join our Source-to-Pay (S2P) team. This fast-paced role supports travel, events, procurement, and expense functions. The specialist will drive process automation, policy compliance, and operational efficiency while collaborating with finance, legal, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Travel, Events, and Expenses (80%)
- Manage ticketing system requests and maintain updated documentation.
- Enforce T&E policies and provide employee training.
- Oversee TMC travel requests (guest invitations, group travel, VIPs, visas).
- Support offsite/event planning (hotel room blocks, contracts, payments, attendee lists).
- Review and reconcile P-card payments and credit card transactions.
- Conduct audits of Concur/Uber transactions for compliance.
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding of employees for T&E functions.
- Procurement (10%)
- Support procurement policy compliance and internal audits.
- Manage supplier onboarding in Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Oversee purchasing module activities (POs, change orders, payments).
- Administer contracts (SOWs, order forms, sponsorship agreements).
- Transformation & Analytics (10%)
- Identify opportunities for automation (UIPath, Oracle Analytics Cloud).
- Analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize operations.
- Benchmark industry best practices to drive improvements.
Work Experience:
- 2–5 years of travel administration and analytical experience.
- Experience with ticketing systems and T&E tools (e.g., Navan, Concur, Everbridge).
- Project management and contract review experience.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a quantitative field (preferred).
- OR 4+ years of proven Travel Operations experience.
Tools & Systems:
- Ticketing: Service Now
- Expense & Credit Cards: Concur, Forma, Conferma, BOA Gram
- Business Tools: G-Suite, Slack, Zoom
- Analytics: Oracle Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Alteryx
- Procurement: Oracle Fusion/Cloud, ScoutRFP, Globality
