You will oversee both manual and machine‑based processes and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools such as 5S, one‑piece flow and root‑cause problem solving.
This role partners with Engineering, Quality and Maintenance to resolve equipment, tooling and process issues while training staff, optimizing labor, and maintaining standards.
