Manufacturing Machine Operator
- Entry Level Our manufacturing client in the Bellows Falls, VT area is seeking to hire Manufacturing Machine Operators
- Entry Level for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Join a team that offers training, career growth, and the chance to build valuable manufacturing skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Manufacturing, troubleshooting, Lean Manufacturing, ISO, or 5S experience is a plus
- $20.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience
- Temp-to-Hire opportunity Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:00 PM

- Communicate equipment or tooling issues to support teams and assist with continuous improvement efforts
