Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Enterprise Sales Executive (US Healthcare). This role will serve as the frontline driver of our U.S. growth efforts in the Top 200 Health Systems—identifying and engaging senior stakeholders, securing transformative enterprise deals, and supporting expanded market penetration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare business development or sales, with the ability to craft impactful outreach strategies and account mapping that contribute significantly to our growth trajectory.
This role will work closely with Conquer Experience’s executive leadership team, providing a clear pathway for career progression toward more senior enterprise roles as the organization continues to expand. It’s a pivotal position that combines strategic outreach with collaborative growth, enabling our organization to scale confidently in the US healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research and map key U.S health systems, creating targeted engagement plans to connect with executive and clinical decision makers.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies targeting US-based health systems.
- Proactively engage senior health system stakeholders in both clinical or operational leadership roles (e.g., CEO, CNO, Surgical Services or Education leaders etc.) to initiate high-value conversations and secure first meetings.
- Leverage previous experience in healthcare, particularly healthcare technology, to position our solutions effectively and address client needs.
- Help team navigate complex buying groups and multi-tiered decision‑making processes.
- Understand regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare sector to ensure alignment.
- Involvement in end‑to‑end sales processes, such as prospecting, cold calling, multi‑channel strategic prospecting (Linked In, warm networks, events, targeted campaigns) and assisting / supporting of closing deals.
- Own early‑stage sales motion, from strategic prospecting and personalized outreach to qualifying and advancing opportunities all the way to close.
- Craft persuasive proposals and presentations tailored to healthcare clients, demonstrating the value of the Conquer Experience products.
- Monitor market trends and buyer feedback to inform targeting and messaging as a meaningful input to leadership’s enterprise GTM strategy.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine offerings and competitive positioning.
- Nurture early‑stage and maintain existing relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth hand off to colleagues when needed and supporting closing and expansion opportunities.
- Provide insights and potential customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Minimum of 7+ years in business development and sales within the healthcare industry, with a focus on health systems and technology.
- Proven ability to open doors and secure time with senior healthcare executives in complex provider networks.
- Deep network of senior‑level contacts within the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of leveraging relationships to create and advance opportunities.
- Comfortable selling in growth‑stage or early market‑entry environments.
- Referenceable track record of strategic prospecting and new opportunity creation in enterprise healthcare.
- Strong sales acumen with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Relevant advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Experience with cognitive assessment tools is a significant asset.
- Conquer operates a modern SaaS‑based infrastructure enabling this role to be performed remotely from within USA.
- Travel would be required when conditions permit for 30‑60% of time.
