The pay range for this position is $20-$23.25 per hour. $2,000 sign-on bonus Includes shift differential, additional weekend differential, and generous holiday pay! Starting with 4 weeks of paid time off (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year!

As a Residential Specialist, you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED or preferably, an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or another human services field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
- A valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude of compassion, respect, and ability to set appropriate boundaries.
