• Providing overnight support in the hotel
• Contribute to a positive guest experience from Check in to Check out, by delivering exceptional customer service

• Preparing facilities for the following day

• Greet and assist late-night guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare audit reports
• Monitor hotel security and ensure safety protocols are followed
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
