Due to the nature of the role, successful applicants will be required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check as part of the recruitment process.

• Be the first point of contact when checking in late arrivals and walk‑ins
• Ensure a warm, friendly and genuine welcome
• Perform cleaning tasks within the front of house, external and breakfast areas, set up meeting rooms and breakfast for the next day (varied by site)
• Ensure guest and business safety and security is top priority at all times
• In the event of a fire, evacuate all guests and team safely and quickly
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with guest complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
