Industrial Refrigeration Engineer
Glasgow
£50,000 - £70,000 per annum
A manufacturer of industrial refrigeration and sustainable cooling technologies, this company delivers end‑to‑end solutions including system design, manufacture, installation, commissioning and long‑term service support for complex temperature‑controlled environments. Using natural refrigerants like ammonia, focusing on energy efficiency and lifecycle performance, this manufacturer helps customers reduce operating costs and carbon emissions while maintaining highly reliable cooling systems supported by a nationwide network of engineers and technical specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Installation, service and maintenance work on customer sites
- Work on ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration plants
- Maintain technical and safety standards
- Communicate with customers to ensure work is being carried out to their satisfaction
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Basic salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Overtime: 1.5x or 2x
- Door to Door & on‑call pay
- 33 days annual leave

- F‑Gas certification
- Experience in Industrial Refrigeration
- Experience handling natural refrigerants (Ammonia & Co2)
- Full driving license
