FACULTY OF ARTS AND HUMANITIESINTERNAL POST (only internal candidates will be considered)
The Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of the Western Cape seeks to produce graduates of the highest caliber. The Faculty Office plays a key role in supporting the academic programme and providing academic administrative excellence. We are currently seeking a self-motivated, committed, competent, suitably qualified and experienced individual for this key appointment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibility areas:
- Academic administration
- Helpdesk assistance
- Enquiry management
- Marketing and Recruitment assistance
- Meeting administration
- General Administration
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum of 2 years’ academic administrative experience
- Academic administrative experience in a Higher Education environment is advantageous
- Proficiency in computer programmes/software packages e.g., Word;
Excel / MS Office Suites /PowerPoint. - A full job description will be provided upon request.
