This role combines analytical expertise, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Build and proof estimates for print and direct mail projects
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for project execution
- Analyze historical job data and material pricing to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Evaluate project feasibility and scope before production
- 2+ years of experience in commercial print or direct mail estimating
- Strong math, Excel, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Work with both traditional and digital print technologies
