• Assist in organizing and optimizing shop repair workflows for improved efficiency
• Perform tire changes on rims and other basic mechanical tasks as required
• Manage part ordering, tracking, and shipping accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the Parts Foreman to learn parts identification and sourcing processes
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times

• General mechanical aptitude and experience in a shop or repair setting
• Familiarity with vehicle or equipment parts strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills including data entry and inventory systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

• Previous work experience in parts handling, tire service, or equipment repair
• Experience using shop management software or inventory tools
