• At least 18 years old (required)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; on-the-job training provided
• Reliable, empathetic, flexible (preferred)
• Willingness to learn and adapt (preferred)
• Reliable transportation to and from work

• Build a positive relationship with clients through engaging conversations and shared hobbies
• Perform light housekeeping, cook, and run errands as needed
• Provide individualized care as detailed in the client care plan
• Remain calm and collected during emergencies
• Communicate client changes to the office
