* Job Responsibilities:

***** Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and departmental execution.
* Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements and the automation of core financial processes.
* Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and product investments.
* Provide cross-functional leadership on large-scale projects, bridging the gap between Finance, Product, and Sales operations.
* Identify and analyze growth initiatives, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue and margin expansion.
* Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate strategic progress and financial performance metrics.
* Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to improve visibility into key business drivers.
**** To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
***** MBA or equivalent work experience in a high-growth corporate environment.
* 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or finance transformation roles.
* Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
* Demonstrated experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformations and change management initiatives.
* Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
* Deep understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and cloud communications industry trends.
* Expertise in modern finance technology stacks (e.g., Net Suite, Anaplan, or similar platforms).
