Building category-defining infrastructure for enterprise AI workforce orchestration, the business is carving out a high-leverage Chief of Staff seat to sit directly alongside founder leadership. This is a high-velocity, high-impact mandate for a high-agency operator. Positioned at the intersection of corporate strategy, cross-functional execution, and organizational rhythm, you will act as a true force multiplier to the CEO-driving mission-critical special projects, aligning leadership priorities, and ensuring sharp execution as the platform scales globally.

• Leadership Bridge & Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with the founders and executive team to translate high-level vision into clear, executable operating plans, maintaining alignment across Product, GTM, and Engineering.
• Operating Rhythm & Accountability: Design and run the company's operating system-leading executive meetings, quarterly planning cycles, and company-wide OKR tracking to keep execution sharp and measurable.
• Cross-Functional Special Projects: Lead high-stakes, ambiguous initiatives from scoping through completion, stepping into critical operational gaps and building the 0-to-1 systems needed as the business scales.
• Global Execution & Commercial Extension: Function as the CEO's extension in high-stakes customer meetings, strategic partner discussions, and international expansion motions across LATAM and Europe.

• The Foundation: 4+ years of high-ownership experience combining a foundation in management consulting, investment banking, or startup operations with prior Chief of Staff or strategy exposure in a fast-scaling tech environment.
• The High-Agency Operator: Low-ego and high-ownership, moving fluidly between board-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution. Multilingual capabilities (Spanish fluency) and comfort in international commercial settings are strong force multipliers.
• The High-Grit Builder: Thrives in autonomous, fast-paced environments with high travel demands and short turnarounds. Operates with full ownership on-site in San Francisco.
