The RoleWe're looking for a Construction Manager to take primary ownership of project management across our residential portfolio. In this role, you'll oversee construction and maintenance projects of all sizes and scopes — from replacing a light bulb to managing a full home renovation. You'll be a key part of keeping our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained for the residents and owners who rely on us.
WhatYou'll Do
- Plan, schedule, and manage construction and maintenance projects across our residential property portfolio
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess scope of work, from minor repairs to full-scale renovations
- Track project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Communicate project status clearly with ownership, property managers, and residents
- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes and safety standards
- Support and mentor junior maintenance and construction staff as needed
- Associate Degree in Construction (or related field)
- 5+ years of hands-on, on-the-job training/experience in construction or construction management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying scale simultaneously
