Overview
Crystal seeks a mission-driven, relational leader as its next Head of Middle School who will bring vision, warmth, and strategic clarity to a dynamic and collaborative learning community. This role provides overall leadership for the Middle School, guiding daily operations, program design, and faculty development while fostering an environment where students and adults feel supported, challenged, and inspired to grow. Partnering closely with the Head of School, Senior Leadership Team, divisional colleagues, and families, the Head of Middle School advances innovative teaching and advising, nurtures student and employee well-being, and leads through an equity-centered lens to strengthen inclusive systems and practices.
The ideal candidate is energized by both the details of daily school life and the big-picture work of organizational growth, and is eager to lead meaningful change in a community defined by curiosity, kindness, and deep connection.
