We’re looking for a Senior Draftsperson ready to take their career to the next level. This isn’t your everyday drafting role, you’ll be turning complex concepts into precise technical drawings, collaborating with engineers, and bringing innovative projects to life. What You’ll Do- Produce high‑quality drawings aligned to AS/ISO standards.
- Apply GD&T and strong drafting fundamentals.
- Use industry‑standard CAD tools (Solid Works & AutoCAD) with confidence.
- Bring a deep understanding of mechanical engineering, materials, manufacturing processes, and systems.
- Deliver precise, detail‑focused drafting and design outputs.
- Work collaboratively with project teams to meet timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety requirements, and client specs.
- Support manufacturing and production teams throughout build and integration stages.
- Communicate clearly across engineering, workshop, and project teams.
- Identify design issues and provide practical, innovative solutions.
- Work confidently with PDM systems.
- Interpret hydraulic schematics with ease.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience with specialised training).
- 5–7+ years as a Mechanical Draftsperson with a solid portfolio.
- Subsea Oil & Gas industry experience highly regarded.
