We’re currently looking for: Director, Corporate Strategy & Finance Transformation to lead high-impact initiatives that shape our long-term roadmap and modernize our financial operations. You will act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving cross‑functional alignment and execution of key growth drivers. This role is pivotal in evolving our finance function through technology, process improvement, and data‑driven insights.

• Lead the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and departmental execution.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including ERP enhancements and the automation of core financial processes.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and business cases to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and product investments.
• Provide cross‑functional leadership on large‑scale projects, bridging the gap between Finance, Product, and Sales operations.
• Identify and analyze growth initiatives, offering data‑driven recommendations to optimize revenue and margin expansion.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to communicate strategic progress and financial performance metrics.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to improve visibility into key business drivers.

• MBA or equivalent work experience in a high‑growth corporate environment.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or finance transformation roles.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable strategy.
• Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale cross‑functional transformations and change management initiatives.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and board‑level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models, unit economics, and cloud communications industry trends.
• Expertise in modern finance technology stacks (e.g., Net Suite, Anaplan, or similar platforms).

If you are hired in California, the compensation range for this position is between $200,000 and $250,000 for full‑time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
