We are looking for a full-time Finance Systems IT Manager to join Ring Central's Enterprise Applications team. You will work with business partners, technology architects and system analysts to support enterprise applications financial systems. This role is responsible for managing and driving execution of IT Enterprise Applications and projects to enable transformation, growth, maturity and scale. You will lead projects that lay the foundation and help scale our core internal business systems.

You will work cross-functionally with business partners to deliver solutions for our internal business needs. A successful candidate will operate in high-pressure situations, manage competing priorities, and possess a high level of discipline while remaining flexible.

This role requires working from our Belmont office four days per week, with no exceptions.

• Business Requirements & Analysis:
  Works closely with business partners to understand processes, gaps and goals.
• Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and data flows.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define system requirements and solutions.
• Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements, configuration, test documentation/execution, issue resolution).
• Act as liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Provide technical solutions to business problems by understanding functional requirements.
• Recommend new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve operational metrics.
• Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and decompose high-level information into details.
• Leverage AI and automation capabilities to enhance finance system efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

• Hands-on troubleshooting of technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations, integrations and APIs.
• Proactively gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify solutions and present to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Vendors, Implementation Partners, Architects, Developers and Business Units to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
• Facilitate review sessions with owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives.
• Investigate Finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage end-to-end front-line support for finance operations across Net Suite, Concur, and Blackline.
• Optimize Finance systems and processes to scale with Ring Central's growth, including daily issues, reporting and month-end close.
• Develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation and go-live.
• Participate in system upgrades with test plan development and evaluation of new functionality.
• Support delivery of reporting, dashboards and BI capabilities through IT and Business partnerships.
• Lead data management and migration activities.
• Ensure training and timely communications aligned with project timelines.
• Engage in other areas of Finance such as SOX Compliance and Reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing and integrating SaaS/Cloud/On-prem financial systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Net Suite, Coupa, Concur).
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP, including strong technical and functional knowledge.
