Senior Business Systems Analyst; NetSuite

Overview

Senior Business Systems Analyst (Netsuite) is a full-time role on Ring Central's Enterprise Applications team. The role supports enterprise applications financial systems, manages IT Enterprise Applications and projects to enable transformation, growth, maturity and scale. The candidate will lead projects that scale core internal business systems and work cross-functionally with business partners to deliver solutions for internal needs.

This role requires working from our Belmont office four days per week, with no exceptions.

• Business Requirements & Analysis:
  Work with business partners to understand processes, gaps and goals; analyze current and future state processes, systems and data flows; develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and systems; partner with business and technology teams to define system requirements and solutions; participate in systems implementation projects (requirements, configuration, testing, issue resolution); act as liaison between business units, technology and support teams;
  
  provide technical solutions by understanding functional requirements; recommend new metrics and strategies to improve operational metrics; critically evaluate information from multiple sources; leverage AI and automation to enhance finance system efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
• Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support:
  Resolve technical issues related to configurations, integrations and APIs; gather information, identify gaps and propose solutions; collaborate with Vendors, Implementation Partners, Architects, Developers and Business Units to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction; facilitate review sessions with functional owners and end-user representatives; manage finance production support issues and ensure timely resolution; oversee end-to-end finance operations support across Net Suite, Concur, and Blackline;
  
  optimize finance systems and processes to scale with growth; develop project milestones and timelines for development, UAT, production validation and go-live; participate in system upgrades with test plans; support reporting, dashboards and BI in partnership with IT and Business; lead data management and migration activities; ensure training and timely communications aligned with project timelines; engage in SOX compliance and reporting in finance.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent; 10+ years in implementing, configuring, and integrating SaaS/Cloud/On-prem financial systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Net Suite, Coupa, Concur); hands-on experience with Net Suite ERP; 7+ years in implementation, enhancement and support of Financial ERP modules (AR, AP, PO, GL, FA); IT sector experience with ERP and integration services; knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP is a plus;
  
  API patterns and development background; expertise in Hire to Retire, Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay processes; self-starter, independent, fast-paced, customer-centric; strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences; security and confidentiality practices; advanced knowledge of software and Excel (macros, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Tableau and Oracle SQL is preferred; ability to thrive in ambiguity; proactive, organized, detail-focused; problem-solving and forward-thinking;
  
  working knowledge of AI, automation and analytics in finance systems.
