Sheetmetal Busbar Fitter

Full time Plummers Industries Pty Ltd requires:

• Fabrication and installation of busbars for Electrical Switchboards
• Trouble shoot and resolve any busbar fitting issues
• Assembly and fit out of modular enclosures, and painted Sheet metal panels
• Carry out checks after busbar installation, assembly and fit out to ensure quality and a high standard. Where necessary carry out repairs and correct errors
• Packaging for transportation to site
• Carry out other sheet metal tasks in the workshop assigned by Supervisor
• General maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment in the workshop

• Trade Certificate or equivalent 3-5 years of work experience as a Busbar fitter in Switchboard manufacturing
• Must have experience with copper work
• Working knowledge of busbar installation techniques, safety protocols, and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Good communication skills and team work
