BILINGUAL ENGLISH-RUSSIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, HELP DESK
Provide responsive and competent support to customers in the areas of telecom product features and use. Apply knowledge of all company products and features as well as a capability to troubleshoot and problem solve all types of issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Answer incoming calls from consumers to provide support and product benefit information for telecom products and services.
- Make effective telephone assessments, using listening, problem solving and coaching skills.
- Communicate with customers to provide troubleshooting support relative to product features and comparison with competition.
- Enter credit memos and orders for customers.
- Issue and track work orders via telephone.
- Create reports and documents requiring resolution.
- Document suggestions for departmental changes and additions to policies and procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate/Bachelor degree or Customer Service background.
- High School considered with 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Bilingual English/Russian skills; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Self‑starter, highly motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to learn, understand and analyze, to research and resolve problems.
- Can represent our products with professionalism and a commitment to excellent service.

We are seeking a marketing professional to manage activities in support of telecom-related products resulting in increased customer acquisition and increased sales. You will develop and implement the strategic marketing plans and stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the growth of our business.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate and develop wholesale and retail telecom service products for customer acquisition and retention.
- Plan and implement marketing programs and promotions supporting the sale of telecom products through direct sales and the internet.
- Define product strategy, develop roadmaps, requirements and pricing analysis.
- Support sales and product development to existing and potential customers.
- Manage search engine marketing and natural search optimization initiatives.
- Conduct competitive research, search engine optimization, pay‑per‑click advertising and paid inclusion management.
- Write creative copy for media campaign ads and develop relevant keyword sets for advertising campaigns.
- Lead ongoing management of email marketing, track progress and outcomes of campaigns.
- Provide detailed reporting and analysis of online marketing, creating recommendations toward the achievement of campaign strategy.
- Plan, execute, monitor progress and track ad spending and report on marketing campaigns.
- Develop new content and update content as needed.
- Ensure website design and content meets optimization requirements and standards, and execute web analysis and usability.
- Maintain campaigns within various paid inclusion and shopping engine programs.
- Strategically plan and analyze to determine the most profitable mixture of paid/free media/inclusion expenditures.
- Build effective working relationships with varied clients.
- Collect data, analysis, product costing, sales and market/consumer research.
- Continuously promote company products and services. Sell to diverse markets, supply periodic industry reviews in relation to customer needs, pricing strategies and competitive products.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with contacts within the customer base and prospects.
- Prioritize customer needs and requirements necessary to meet competitive demands.
- Develop and execute sales promotions via direct sales, websites, email and direct mail.
- Market products to prospective clients, solidify sales and provide after‑sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat/renewal sales.
