Job Summary Summary Responsible  for managing the daily operations of administrative services within the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. This role oversees office functions, staff coordination, and provides administrative support to various members of the Facilities Department, working to enhance administrative processes, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and support overall operational goals. This person will be responsible for all financial reconciliation, vendor contracts and adhering to strict budget guidelines.
