Construction Project Manager

Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects related to healthcare facilities and infrastructure. This position plays a critical role in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects that meet the unique needs and regulatory requirements of healthcare facilities.

• Develop comprehensive project plans for healthcare construction projects, considering the specific requirements and objectives of each facility.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess the scope of projects to determine resource requirements and timelines.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Monitor project expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards applicable to healthcare construction projects.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from regulatory authorities.

Bachelor's Degree Construction Management required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Experience in lieu of a degree not accepted.

Experience in construction project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering healthcare-related projects. 3-5 years required and Project Management 1-2 years required.

• Knowledge of healthcare facility planning, regulations, and standards related to construction projects.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Experience with Unifier.
• Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, behavioral health, and environmental guidelines relevant to construction in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address construction challenges effectively.
