Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will work with property owners and subcontractors after traumatic events such as fires or floods to restore both residential and commercial properties. You'll manage renovation projects, control budgets, and ensure effective communication. The role involves spending significant time in the field to ensure projects are completed properly.

Role on the team includes meeting operational objectives in sales, gross margin, and brand experience, tracking metrics during bi-weekly GS&R, writing estimates using Xactimate, confirming budgets and work orders before starting projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, participating in local community events, building relationships with key customers, and seeking partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople.

Working conditions and physical requirements include the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bend, squat, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds. Compensation is $80,000.00 - $ per year.
