Client Service Representative (CSR)
Great Lakes Hospital for Animals | Belmont, Michigan
Great Lakes Hospital for Animals is growing, and we are excited to expand our footprint in the community. We are looking for a Client Service Representative who has a heart for service, enjoys helping people, and thrives in a busy, team-oriented environment.
Our CSRs are an important part of the care team. They help clients feel welcomed, informed, and supported while keeping communication and patient flow moving throughout the hospital.
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
What You’ll Do- Welcome clients and patients to the hospital
- Answer phones, texts, and other client communications
- Schedule appointments and help clients determine appropriate next steps
- Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team
- Check clients in and out
- Process payments and review invoices
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Help manage appointment flow throughout the day
- Communicate prescription, refill, and follow-up requests
- Support clients during emotional or difficult situations
- Educate clients about hospital services, policies, and resources
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow CSRs

Experience in veterinary medicine, medical reception, customer service, hospitality, or another fast-paced service environment is a plus.
ScheduleGreat Lakes Hospital for Animals is open Monday through Saturday.
Full-time team members typically enjoy a four-day work week
. Schedules may include a combination of daytime and evening shifts, with Saturdays typically scheduled only once every 3–4 weeks
.
Hospital hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
Both full-time and part-time schedules will be considered.
