Dental Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for an experienced candidate to join our already awesome team right here in Belmont. You will have a quiet confidence, be organized and be great at organizing others. You would describe yourself as friendly, sociable and someone who goes the extra mile and can be counted on by the rest of your team. You’ll love to follow systems and show great initiative in coming up with solutions.

This team member will be responsible for general office duties including but not limited to answering phones, providing excellent customer service, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, presenting treatment plans and case follow-up, responsible for maintaining a productive schedule according to practice goals and policies, and end of day closing duties and functions. In this role you’ll take responsibility for front-line administration, supporting the Dentist, and creating awesome relationships with everyone who comes into contact with our business.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of dental terminology & procedures.
• 1-year experience in dentistry.
• Computer knowledge.
• Dental software knowledge:
  Eaglesoft.
• Passion for creating wonderful aesthetic smiles.

Preferred: Knowledge of and experience in working with insurance and presenting financing options is a plus.
