This role requires expertise in both traditional and advanced aesthetic techniques, ensuring clients receive the highest quality of care and satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Provide a range of aesthetic services including facials, waxing, eyelash lifts, eyebrow laminations and laser treatments.
• Perform advanced treatments such as dermabrasion.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
• Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client check-ins using spa software.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products and services.
• Engage in retail sales by selling products that complement the services provided.
• Utilize social media management skills to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance guest services and overall client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Maintain strong professionalism with all clients.
• Provide highest quality of patient care in all ways.

• Strong background in cosmetology and skin care.
• Proficient in various aesthetic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in med spa environments is strongly preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to enhance revenue opportunities.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
