Registered Nurse; RN - Home Health - per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Belmont, Massachusetts.

• Use strong head‑to‑toe assessment skills and identify subtle changes in patient condition.
• Leverage experience with acute and post‑acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.

• Work independently while knowing when to advance concerns.
• Make real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support.
• Apply strong problem‑solving skills in unpredictable home environments.
• Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits.
• Document efficiently with point‑of‑care technology.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting productivity expectations.
• Provide care in varied home environments.
• Adapt flexibly to changing patient needs and schedules.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.

• Current registered nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
• Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience with adult/geriatric patients in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med‑surg, sub‑acute care, or rehab units.

Competitive pay ranges with weekly pay schedule. Weekly base pay: $58‑63 per point, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiation. $5,000 incentive with full‑time commitment.
