The Registered Nurse at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing immediate and long-term nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process within established standards. • Pay: $34.77 - $72.45 per Hour

• Accurately assess patients’ needs.
• Utilize multiple data sources to determine actual or potential health problems and functional status.
• Use the Recovery Oriented Framework to identify patient strengths.
• Perform point of care testing.
• Communicate findings effectively to members of the healthcare team.
• Document responses to interventions and patient treatment.
• Identify patient behaviors that contribute to crisis development and use de-escalation techniques.
• Plan nursing interventions for assigned patients.
• Modify and individualize the Nursing Plan of Care and protocols.
• Participate in the development of a multidisciplinary treatment plan.

• Education: Nursing Certificate/Diploma required;
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience: No experience required; one year medical or psychiatric experience preferred.
